Smart city Awas Yojna

Nowadays in 21st century houses have become a symbol of status and power where multistory apartments are a norm. And so, purchasing a decent house in a civilized and respectable neighborhood has become somewhat of a struggle.

Delhi Development Authority has started the project MPD 2021 at Dwarka Phase-2 to ensure that people get the house within their budget. This audacious project has been started under Smart City Awas Yojna solutions for the residents of Delhi because they are forced to buy property in nearby areas such as Greater Noida, Gurgaon, and Ghaziabad. Finally, Delhi government has revealed the full details of the revenue of this project. The construction of these houses will take four years to complete and the estimated year is 2022.

Smart City Awas Yojna is located near The Indira Gandhi International Airport which is very convenient as millions of people use Delhi Metro. According to Master Plan Delhi 2021 (MPD 2021), Delhi is one of the four new smart cities and Dwarka Smart City is the biggest amongst them. Soon Delhi is going to become a world class capital because this ambitious project has been approved by the DDA and the ministry of urban development.

This Smart City Awas Yojna encourages women empowerment. There is 33% Unit Reserved for women. The society registration No. of Smart City Awas Yojana is S/RS/SW/1347/2015.
